In this time she has been involved with one competition and absolutely loved the experience and is now rehearsing both in class and at home for the upcoming competition. I loved it when Honey was teaching in the classes I was in. She was always so kind, sweet and patient, she had so much time for the students and was always smiling. She believed in every dancer. Watching Honey teach and watching her dance herself inspired me to become a better dancer. When Honey did her acro course, I was her student. She was so kind, supportive and encouraging. She has the ability to make every dancer feel special, and that their dreams can be achieved.

Honey is an amazing dance teacher who has a lovely kind and calm nature, which is especially great with the little ones! She has bundles of patience and all 3 of my young children have loved being taught to dance by Honey. I would 100% recommend her classes.

Honey has been teaching my granddaughter tap dancing for 12 months in an individual one-hour lesson. From the start Honey assessed her capabilities, progressing her skills and performance with each lesson. From knowing very little tap within a year my granddaughter was successful in her grade 3 tap exam. Honey is professional and demanding in her approach to her whilst being encouraging and praising her abilities and successes. At all times she took into account her age and levels of understanding. She modelled the steps, exercises and dance routines and is knowledgeable of the requirements of the grade exam. Honey has a friendly and approachable manner whilst maintaining her professional teaching attitude. As I have watched most of the hourly lessons, I am confident in my assessment that Honey is a capable, organised and knowledgeable tap teacher.

I am wholeheartedly recommending Honey as a dance teacher. Our family relocated to Chapel in December 2022 from Kent, and my daughter has been dancing since she was 5 years old. However, due to personal struggles and missed dance classes, she began to doubt her abilities and lost some of her skill and flexibility. Honey embraced the challenge and tailored her teaching approach to Scarlett’s unique needs. She knows exactly how to motivate and encourage Scarlett, pushing her to achieve her best. As a result, Scarlett’s confidence has soared, her dance skills have improved significantly, and her flexibility and strength have grown immensely. But Honey’s impact goes beyond technique. She has ignited a love for dancing in my daughter—a form of storytelling expressed through her feet. Sometimes, words fail to capture the magic that happens during a dance class, but Honey understands it intuitively. Additionally, Honey played a crucial role in Scarlett’s audition piece for Manchester College. Thanks to her guidance, Scarlett secured an offer for the upcoming September term.
